THE 80’S~

Seems not so long ago. I was in Jim South’s office, contemplating my first
big adult film.(all American girls in heat) I had done a few magazine layouts and found it very difficult to sit still. It was may, 1983…My
decision was quick, a trip to Hawaii, my first time with a girl “Shauna
Grant” and the beginning of my adventure in XXX…. The people I met were
very real, and raw.

I enjoyed the small family of rebels I considered my friends…Company owners as well as talent, were all in the same mind set…We wanted to have fun, make sex movies ,be bad and we were…Sneaking around only added that element of excitement to all the sex scenes, It was Illegal back then and I was lucky to do some amazing films in THE 80’s, the money was insane, we were all treated like royalty…it was a truly amazing time.

Branding was not on the top of anyone’s list, I went through 3 names,(Shelley ray, Kaviar, DD) and really didn’t care what the credits said, I wanted to have good fun SEX! With the changes after long fights, Larry Flynt became my hero. It did change the business in my eyes a bit.

There were more companies coming in, more shooting and thus… PORN Valley
was born.. I took a few years off, and then returned in the next decade.

THE 90’s~

This was the decade I met my true LOVE……GONZO! Though the soft cozy feeling of family had dissipated, the thought of fucking total strangers
worked for me. This was a whole different game, no time wasted, just get in
and get your fuck on…and I LOVED IT! I did do features on occasion, but
was most always bored to death sitting around. I wanted to fuck, and I did.

Some of my most furious and heated scenes were caught on film in the 90’s
and AVN awarded me nicely for all my hard work, for which I have a shelf
full of awards…I ended up leaving again in 1995.….

My return in 2008…was a shocker to say the least, not only was I absent
from all that is porn for 13 years, I so you can imagine how surprised I
was to get back in touch with some of my old family, which was dying off
quickly.. Where did they all go? Who is running a fake fan club at My
domain name? and why can I not get it back?

Why is something I own, being stolen and up for grabs here and there…Damn…what a mess… it’s a free for all…You have to admit, all those bruised butts from unnecessary shots just made me sit back in awe. What has happened?

My list of old friends grows daily, Gene, you are one. I felt relieved to see a familiar faces amongst the chaos. Web Cams, Video On demand, Clips stores, Web sites and personal phone calls., replace the hand written notes, which I have thousands.

Getting back in touch is quite easy, thanks to twitter and face book, but
even then, so many fakes, and my bigger worry…children…you really have to
proceed with caution. If you weren’t prepared to head into the tech age, I
guess you went down.…Working with Playboy Radio for the last 5 years, and
getting to know the amazing Nicki Hunter has been such a Pleasure, though
tides have changed and we have moved to SiriusXm 103 Sex Radio, the
changes have brought insecurity and instability and I just don’t roll that
way.

I feel lucky to have been a part of that wonderful family. I started
my own production company debidiamondfilms in 2010…, guys getting pegged by
hot women, but it didn’t take long for my scenes to be stolen and out there
for the taking.. the cast has changed in the wonderful world of porn.…

2013 brings a fresh new outlook for me. I am romancing several different opportunities at the moment, along with writing a book, which may never get finished at the rate im going, I saved everything, it’s an emotional thing…I really love the XXX business, and hope to stay connected somehow, someway.
