Stripchat and Sally Dinosaur Honored at Venus Awards

On Thursday evening, October 22, the Venus Awards 2026 took place in Berlin, honoring top performers, companies, and platforms in the adult industry. The ceremony was held at the TIPI AM KANZLERAMT, marking a new venue for the gala after several years at the Wintergarten Varieté. Stripchat was named Best Livestream Site, an award the company has received for the fifth consecutive year at Venus Berlin. Chase Straight, head of brand at Stripchat, stated that Venus is the only event of its kind globally and holds a special significance for the company.

Stripchat model Sally Dinosaur received the Most Authentic Creator award. Straight expressed pride in Dinosaur's win, describing her as a role model in the community and an example of how stars are launched on the platform. Dinosaur was among several Stripchat models who attended Venus Berlin. The site's community team met with newcomers at the event, offering advice on how to begin and expand their audience.

The Venus Awards are considered a cornerstone of the Venus calendar and are widely referred to as the "Oscars of the adult sector." The evening was hosted by Roxxy X and Mola Adebisi, who returned after a one-year absence. For Roxxy X, this marked her first appearance on the Venus Award stage since maternity leave.

Venus Berlin 2026 Overview

Venus Berlin 2026 commenced on Thursday, October 22, with Micaela Schäfer cutting the ribbon at 11 a.m. outside Messe Berlin’s north entrance. The fair concluded on Sunday, October 25. This 29th iteration of Venus featured over 270 exhibitors from more than 40 countries. Organizers anticipated more than 32,000 visitors and approximately 2,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries. A regular day ticket cost 65 euros, while a four-day VIP pass was priced at 380 euros. The event maintained an 18 and over door policy.

The opening day ran from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with Friday and Saturday extending until 9:30 p.m. The opening ceremony included a photo opportunity with the eight official Venus brand ambassadors: Micaela Schäfer, Shaiden Rogue, Lia Engel, Calea Toxic, Mika Nox, SallyDinosaur, Jenny Stella, and Tamy Tation. They appeared in black attire with a single pink detail each, surrounding a golden Venus statue. Micaela Schäfer, who opened the event, was also headlining the main stage.

Sally Dinosaur's stage name originated from a school nickname related to her slender build and long neck. She began her career approximately seven years ago with a "spicy blog" where she shared photos and personal thoughts, cultivating a community that valued her authenticity. About three years ago, she started livestreaming, initially improvising from her kitchen counter, which resonated with her audience due to its genuine nature. Dinosaur has nearly 350,000 followers on Instagram, and her clips regularly achieve hundreds of thousands of views. A recent stunt in a gondola on the Cologne cable car garnered nationwide attention and increased her profile.
