I actually liked their early on variety of titles, which is why I subscribed to their services for about 6 months. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry titles from JM or Ana/Dia, which is a total pain in the ass in terms of adding data to the IAFD.

In the end, the dirtbags shorted me an entire month’s subcription. Like so many fucking online services, they DO NOT have a customer service line in order to get a hold of anyone in the event you’re legitmately getting screwed. In my instance, I went 3 weeks before canceling my subscription, after they FAILED to send me a single title in that time. I had over 100 titles in my queue to view, which at any one point only 40% were available / in stock. Nonetheless, SOMETHING was available (according to my queue), yet they failed to send ANYTHING my way. Disgusted, I cancelled my subscription in April.
