Pennsylvania- The father of murdered porn producer Bryan Kocis is suing his son’s alleged killers, according to documents filed Monday in the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas.

Michael Kocis, of Plymouth, is seeking unspecified damages from Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, who allegedly murdered his son and then burned down his Dallas home.

Investigators allege romantic and business partners Cuadra, 26, and Kerekes, 33, killed Kocis to lure his premier actor to their own pornography business.

In January 2007, the two Virginia Beach men allegedly stabbed the 44-year-old Kocis to death and set his house on fire, according to investigators.

Cuadra and Kerekes are both charged with homicide and are being held as they await their trial. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in the case.
