Sweetheart Video, a Mile High Media all-girl banner, is releasing Lesbian Trainer 4 to retailers on Wednesday, August 12. The new title features Blake Blossom and Kate Dalia, directed by AVN Hall of Fame director Mike Quasar.
The release, announced on August 10, 2026, at 5:35 PM, is described as an exploration of "Sapphic passions" where "lesbians combine fitness with hot, sweaty sex."
