Talent Testing Service (TTS) is expanding its operations into the Netherlands with two new partner locations set to open in August 2026. These new sites in Utrecht and Amsterdam will offer the EU Gold Standard Panel (EUGSP) for talent testing.
The expansion marks TTS's first physical presence in Europe, adding to its existing U.S. locations. This development comes as Dutch authorities have been active in criminal inquiries related to adult content platforms in the region.
New European Locations and Services
Talent Testing Service will open two new locations in the Netherlands. Talent Testing Amsterdam is scheduled to open on August 17, 2026, at Bilderdijkstraat 77, 1053 KM, Amsterdam. Appointments for this location can be booked in advance for hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
The second location, Talent Testing Utrecht, will open on August 24, 2026, at Smakkelaarshoek 5, 3511 EC, Utrecht. This site will operate Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Both new partner sites will provide the industry testing standard EU Gold Standard Panel (EUGSP) at no additional cost beyond the test fee. The cost of the test, which includes mycoplasma, is €175.00.
According to a TTS representative, test results will generally be available the next day around 7 p.m. For tests conducted on a Friday, results will be returned the following Monday, also around 7 p.m.
TTS currently operates U.S. locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Puerto Rico. The company has been providing testing services for over 10 years, emphasizing innovation and automation for convenience. TTS offers same-day results at its Miami office if testing is completed before noon, and 9:00 a.m. next-day results for its Los Angeles and Las Vegas tests. The company also states it has over 400 draw sites across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
TTS provides online dashboards for results accessibility from any web-enabled device. These dashboards are free and customizable for talent and producers/agents. The company also employs encrypted technology for authentication verification to ensure the authenticity of results.
Context of Dutch Adult Industry Landscape
The expansion of Talent Testing Service into the Netherlands occurs amidst recent actions by Dutch authorities concerning adult content platforms. On July 21, 2026, Dutch authorities, with assistance from Europol, seized servers for the adult site Motherless.com across the Netherlands. This action was part of a criminal inquiry into illegal content.
The server seizures targeted locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Steenbergen. The Netherlands Public Prosecution Service and local law enforcement agencies were involved in these operations. The inquiry followed investigations by CNN and Dutch media into alleged illegal and non-consensual content on Motherless.com, including images of child sexual abuse and women being assaulted while drugged. The investigation is examining both individuals who uploaded material and the role of the site itself. As of the seizure date, no arrests had been made.
Prior to the July 2026 server seizures, NFOrce Internet Services, a Netherlands-based web hosting company, had served as the web and digital host for Motherless.com content. In May 2026, NFOrce informed Motherless.com ownership that its services were suspended due to an "abuse and compliance escalation." NFOrce's statement indicated that an "enhanced compliance and abuse-handling review relating to Motherless.com" was initiated after media publications and an internal review. Motherless.com was reportedly shut down by the Dutch government in May 2026, though it later reappeared online through other means.
