Las Vegas- Adult Industry Icon, Taylor Wane, has had a busy year “outside” the Industry and it doesn’t look like things are slowing down.
She’s been busy recording her music and preparing for the debut of her album later in the year that will include a duo with recent American Music Award winning Rap Star Thin C.
She’s also been cast in several mainstream movies such as Ron Howard’s “Frost Nixon” for Universal Pictures as well as an Edward Norton film “State Of Play” also to be released by Universal. Earlier in the year, photographs of her were seen briefly as Kane’s character’s childhood obsession in Gregory Dark’s mainstream film, “See No Evil released by Lion’s Gate.
She also was cast in a new comedy show slated for Comedy Central Later is the year and there is talk of a reoccurring role.
No stranger to having done things “first ” in the industry, she has also achieved what is believed to be the first Adult Star to land a “mainstream” SAG affiliated supporting actress role for a theatrical theater release that will begin filming in Las Vegas in February of this year. The feature film depicts the lives of Las Vegas Strippers where she plays the role of a seasoned stripper with a checkered past.
She’s also landed parts in “A Beautiful Life”, “The Girl From The Naked Eye”, Nip Tuck, and returned for her fifth spot in Gene Simmon’s “Family Jewels”, the Dominatrix episode as well as helped promote the Indy 500 in Miami along with the notorious Rock Star.
If all this weren’t enough she was recently honored by The Navy Seals for her support for the troops with a flag citation. The flag was flown over a Navy Seal Team encampment in Iraq in her honer. She is busy working on a charity foundation for wounded Navy Seal Veterans and promoting a poster she produced called “No Man Left Behind” which depicts the blonde beauty as a Navy Seal in combat. The poster will be sold as a non-profit vehicle to use to help raise money for the benefit and will be available at her scheduled booth appearances. Taylor’s film Taylor Wane’s Erotic Games has been nominated for Best Alternative Film this year and she will be attending the AEE with a busy schedule signing for her signature toy line with Nasstoy’s as well for Playboy Radio, Eljdorado, and Williams Trading Company.
