Remember Albert Brooks in “Lost in America” where he tries to rationalize how the casino should return the money his wife lost at the roulette wheel?

That’s basically the context of Joe Francis’ latest legal harangue.

This week “Girls Gone Wild” founder Francis filed a civil lawsuit against casino mogul Steve Wynn and Wynn employee Barbara Conway in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. Someone should have told Francis it’s not healthy to do this kind of thing.
