No sooner did my story go up about the Pink Visual lawsuit www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=49450 that Xbiz.com revised theirs. In an earlier version, XBiz reported that Pink Visual was in the middle of an $8.1M lawsuit. But a quick read of the lawsuit would tell you that it was valued between $34.9 to $48M which means that XBiz may not have read the actual lawsuit but got their info from a third party.

The Grand Vizier writes: XBiz must have read your story and instead of making a public correction they just tweak their previous story that already ran and remove some of the inaccurate facts without adding in the truth…they took out the $8 million that they stated before and now put in no amount…got to love great journalistic practices like that…are they in bed with Pink Visual or what?…lol
