In what could be the biggest development in a jaw-dropping series of events connected to Sandra Bullock’s marriage, Melissa Smith [pictured], a stripper who says she had a sexual relationship with James recently purchased the test.
If James got one of his mistresses pregnant while married to Bullock, it could be one of Hollywood’s biggest scandals ever.
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Bullock has been at her Hollywood Hills home and has no intention of returning to the house she shared with James while he is still there. The Oscar-winning actress has retained her dignity even as a parade of strippers and other mistresses have come forward to talk about how James cheating on his talented wife.
Now, the possibility of a love child takes things to a new level.
Smith says she had a two-year relationship with James that ended in March, 2009. That would certainly mean the baby cannot be James, if Smith is pregnant. But, as RadarOnline.com was first to report, James has stayed in touch with Smith, even sending her a message just days ago.
And Smith’s sexual relationship was always off-and-on with James, spanning two years. Smith, a stripper, has not divulged all the details of her relationship yet and if she did indeed resume her sexual relationship with James recently, and IF there is a baby on the way, then get ready for even more fireworks.

In a situation that has grown more bizarre daily, the cheating scandal that has engulfed Sandra Bullock’s husband has now led to a showdown between LA’s hated paparazzi and biker pals of Daguerre.
Facing intense media pressure after being linked to cheating with James, Daguerre had a group of bikers approach the paparazzi camped outside her Woodland Hills apartment last Friday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Police were not called but the situation was tense and it was clear the potential for violence was real.
“Brigitte is feeling the pressure,” explained one source, close to the situation.
“She has some biker friends who she asked to come by and deliver the photographers a not-so-subtle warning.”
The paparazzi, who have known to be extremely aggressive while pursuing celebrities, were meek when confronted with the Brigitte’s motorcycle-riding pals.
“They backed right down,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. “The bikers approached them as a group and told them they better stop harassing Brigitte.
“The bikers made it clear that they didn’t like the way she was being portrayed. One of them said, ‘She’s a nice girl. She’s not a (bleep).’
“It wasn’t a friendly encounter. The funny thing is I’ve seen the paparazzi mouth off in so many situations like this but when they were confronted with Brigitte’s friends, who looked pretty tough, they didn’t say a word!
“And not only that, but they didn’t even snap a photograph!”
Daguerre, 40, has claimed her short-lived relationship with James started in 2008, three years after his marriage began with Bullock.
Her links to the biker community are well-known. A photo of herself posing in front of a Harley Davidson is listed on her Facebook page; she also lists Harley Davidson as one of her interests.
RadarOnline.com has also revealed Daguerre’s fetish fantasies, as featured out in a 2008 photo shoot where she was snapped wearing white platform boots and a feathered headdress.
And amid all the scandal, it’s clear Daguerre has something in common with the woman whose marriage she helped bring down.
At the same time that Bullock is in hiding, mistress number three is too. The only difference: Bullock wants nothing to do with the biker in her life.
