Add one wealthy Mexican fabric trader.

Put them all together on a stained bed in the “Champagne Room” of Big Daddy Lou’s Hot Lap Dance Club on West 38th Street and stir it all up with the news that the wealthy fabric trader is really an undercover vice cop.

That’s the recipe for the wacky criminal-justice confection that is the ongoing prostitution trial of porn star Alexia Moore [pictured right] and her topless dance partner Falynn Rodriguez.

Moore and Rodriguez have spent the last three days in a tiny Manhattan misdemeanor courtroom insisting they did nothing more for the clientele laps at Big Daddy Lou’s besides dance upon them. In thongs and a bra.

But Undercover No. 1048 will spend today on the witness stand insisting that the last time the three of them were together in a tiny room, the two dancers offered him a threesome for $5,000.

Or, as Moore allegedly spelled it out, “Five with three zeros!”

“I walked over to the females,” the cop testified yesterday, bringing the now-defunct club back to life in vivid police jargon. “I engaged them in conversation.”

The undercover is testifying in a closed courtroom under high security due to what court officials described as a “contract on his head” in an unrelated narcotics investigation.

But according to a transcript of the proceedings, Undercover No. 1048 told Manhattan criminal court Justice ShawnDya Simpson that Big Daddy Lou’s was basically a nightclub. Except for the bed in the middle of the dance floor. And the porno movies playing on a big screen — right above the buffet table.

He was sipping a vodka and Red Bull when the two shapely strippers asked him if he wanted “a dance.”

“I said sure,” he testified.

“They both led me to one of the dance rooms,” he said, describing it as dimly lit with a bed, upon which he was told to lie down.

More transcription of his testimony won’t be available until today, but Moore’s defense lawyers described the rest of the testimony after court.

The undercover, they said, told the judge he was given two three-minute lap dances by the two women as he lay in the bed, fully dressed in his fabric trader costume of trousers, shirt and necktie.

He insisted he was left anatomically unmoved by the experience. Between lap dances, he testified, the two offered to take off all their clothes and engage in “touching” — an offer he declined. After the lap dances, he testified, he did negotiate for a threesome with the two strippers the next day.

“I knew you were a bad boy!” he said Moore scolded him.

“You look so innocent!” he said Rodriguez enthused.

“The dialogue was so abstract that you couldn’t tell what they were talking about,” said Moore defense lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo.

Prostitution trials are virtually unheard of in city courts. In almost every case, defendants with no records, like Moore and Rodriguez, are offered, and accept, no-jail deals.

But Moore and Rodriguez say they have turned down the DA’s no-jail deal because prosecutors have taken the unusual step of making the deal contingent on their incriminating their former boss, Louis “Big Daddy Lou” Posner.

The two women risk a 90-day jail sentence if convicted.
