In the race to the ice cream parlor, Dee and The Fatmen may have been out scooped by Howard Stern. Harry Weiss announced that he was going to have on as a guest this evening the P.R. Man from the Seattle porn site that’s been at the center of the Paris Hilton sex tape controversy. But this morning Stern fielded a call from Kevin who identified himself as the p.r. man for sexbrat.com. According to both Stern and Kevin the website has elected NOT to make the Hilton tape available.

Calling his company “victims,” Kevin said they were originally approached by Rick Solomon’s roommate who could make the tape available to them. Money was discussed and Kevin said a deal was originally struck in the ”mid 5 figures” for the tape. But the site is now backing off for obvious legal reasons, and they’ve apparently signed an agreement with Paris over it and have agreed not to put it out there.
