Jason Tucker of Falcon Foto has broken both a verbal and written contract- which in the adult business is hardly surprising.

Porn Valley- A couple of months ago I got a frantic phone call from Tucker, the apparent manager of Tom Sizemore. Tucker called after I posted the following article on Adultfyi.com:

Porn Valley- I heard the other day that the whole story about actor Tom Sizemore doing a sex tape with Elizabeth Hurley was bullshit. But Sizemore apparently did a real one with porn chick Jersey Jaxin who was on KSEX, www.ksexradio.com Wednesday night to talk about it.

The fact that Jaxin dropped the bomb on The Wanker Show in a matter of fact way only shows to go that porn girls view these things as just another day at the office. Except the office in this case was the Chateau Marmont where John Belushi was found dead. The conversation had gotten on celebrity fucking with Wankus stating that he did Linda Blair. “She’s psycho in real life,” he said. That’s when Jaxin mentioned Sizemore. Wankus was more surprised that Sizemore was out of jail.

“He’s trying to do a Paris-thing,” said Jaxin. Wankus immediately wanted to stop the presses mode, and in the middle of the conversation tried to reach me at home with the story. Except I wasn’t home. Wankus predicted it would be a headline story and was considering the irony of a tabloid piece coming out about Tom’s secret sex tapes when, in fact, it would be another set-up like Paris Hilton. [Hilton filled out 2257’s meaning she was in on it.]

Asked how this got set up, Jaxin said she got a late night phone call from someone she’s shot for in the past. “I was at home and they were like what are you doing?” Jaxin was asked if she knew of Sizemore and if she could come to the Chateau Marmont. Jaxin wasn’t in the mood to ask a lot of questions considering she was being paid for this. The irony is that the scene happened in room 69- more by accident than design. Wankus thought this might have been something like an escort call, and Jaxin said she doesn’t do those. But she was told to show up and act like you’re partying and drinking. Asked what she was paid, Jaxin said she couldn’t divulge that information but was there for 3 hours.

Jaxin was told to do whatever she wanted so the first part of the video, according to her, was set on her. “They went through eight girls that day- five of them showed up and left. And there was me and two other girls that showed up. One girl was totally disgusted with him but stayed. Jaxin said two girls were also from the porn industry and were with World Modeling.. One was like in her Thirties; the other was in her Twenties.” Jaxin said the girl in her Twenties is from South America. Jaxin said when she arrived Sizemore was talking a shower. “Then he was in the bedroom- the cameras were on me in the living room at the time.” It was determined that the video was shot cheesy-style and POV.

“I carried the video for awhile, too,” said Jaxin who was sold in the video as a party girl who also happens to be a porn star that got lucky. “They didn’t ask for nothing.” Jaxin did not suck Sizemore’s dick. Asked if she fucked him, Jaxin replied, “I guess you could say that.” Jaxin said Sizemore couldn’t get hard. “I don’t think he had his medicine.”

Jaxin said some of the other girls tried sucking his cock while Sizemore was eating her out. From the description of it, Wankus figured the footage may be pretty useless. Jaxin said it was more softcore than anything else. Sizemore apparently did come equipped with a test, however. Jaxin wasn’t asked for hers. “But mine was there.”

Gene sez: After I posted the above portion of a KSEX re-cap on Adultfyi, Tucker begged me to take this story down, that if I did, there’d be something in it for me. I really wasn’t sure what his interest was in all of this at the time. But, to put the extra squeeze on the nuts, Tucker told me Wankus was going to pull the Jersey Jaxin show from the archives and all kinds of other shit. I call Wankus and Wankus is going- are you kidding? It wasn’t the case at all. Turns out Tucker was bullshitting me- my first indication of where any “deal” with him was going to land. I talk to Wankus.

“All I told him [Tucker] is that we would take the reprint that Gene wrote, off our news section,” Wankus said. “But the show’s still going to run because it has to. He said he wanted less attention to it so I said I’ll take the story that you wrote down.”

Wankus said he told Tucker that I had every right to go with that story. “All he [Gene] was doing was re-capping what happened. Once it’s broadcast it’s already public. At that point everyone can have it. He’s like I want less people to have it.” Wankus goes on to tell me, “I hope you’re not taking it down”.

I ask Wankus if he knew anything about Tucker’s company Falcon Foto and Wankus said Katie Morgan walked off one of Tucker’s sets. “And a few other people I know,” adds Wankus who said Tucker has something to do with Gail Harris who was involved with KSEX a long time ago.

“It’s a shitty little porn company that’s trying to do its version of Paris Hilton.” So I ask Wankus again, why he took my re-cap down off the KSEX page. Wankus said it was to throw Tucker a bone. “For me the most important thing is the broadcast,” Wankus explained. “The news story is a throwaway- not that many people read our news section. That wasn’t a big deal to me. But I told him I was keeping the show running. But it’s up to him to figure out what he wants to do with Jersey Jaxin. We did nothing wrong.”

I even tell Wankus that if, as he says, other people walked off Tucker’s sets, there was a good possibility I was going to get screwed. Which I did.

“I’m not saying he screwed other people,” Wankus replies. “I’m saying that Katie had problems with him on a set. I remember exactly what happened- he was shooting girls and he would say you’re doing a straight b/g scene. Then the girl would get there for $800, and once she was there he’d turn it into a b/b/g anal. At the end of the day, the girl would go I’ll do it and he’d give her $800 dollars. And the girl’s, like, wait, don’t I get more money? He’s, like, no. This is the going rate. And so Katie called from Nasty Modeling: yo, motherfucker. You booked my girl for a b/g scene, what the fuck. He’s like I’ll make it up to her. I’ll get her some more work. Shit like that.”

The sad fact is I took the story down. Tucker then calls me and this is what he says, verbatim:

“I can give you an exclusive with Tom when this breaks,” says Tucker. “I can’t do it right now because it’s not going to be out for a couple of weeks.”

Here’s what I said.

“Hey, Jason, let me tell you something and I’m not saying this disrespectfully to you. But I’ve been in journalism about 38 years, 20 of which has been in the business, and nobody has yet to do a quid pro quo or a follow-up when they say, if you do this I’ll do that. It’s like, yeah, okay. I pull it and I’m sitting here waiting with a thumb up my ass. And Wankus is continuing to run a re-run of that show. I just talked to him. The thing is, I’m sorry. Suppose she was on Stern and said the same thing. If I did the re-cap of Stern you’d be calling me and saying can you pull this story. It’s a public forum thing.”

Tucker’s opinion is that Stern would have made it a different story. “And she’s in a very compromised position right now,” Tucker says of Jaxin. “And she wants nothing but to see this go away. What can I do to build your confidence level about Tom? I can write you a contract. I can get him on the phone. Whatever you need me to do.” This is what I had to say to that.

“I have a very long memory,” I tell Tucker. “If I do this for you and you bite me in the ass, I’m going to come back and bite you in the ass.”

“I would expect you to rip me apart and destroy me,” says Tucker. “I would expect it. I would expect nothing short of it. You can ask Wankus. I’ve never broken my promises. I’ve never broken my word. I’ll send you an e-mail right now that confirms everything we’ve just talked about and you can take me to the bank if you want.”

I tell Tucker I don’t see what the big deal is in all this.

“It paints him in a disparaging light and it changes what was being done,” says Tucker.

“Tom was on Stern this morning,” I reply. “And if we’re talking about disparaging light, he really added to it with Heidi Fleiss being on.”

“That was between him and Heidi,” says Tucker. “That was set up. I arranged that. I had gotten a hold of Gary ]Dell’abate]. Gary had said to me we’re having Heidi on. We’d love for Tom to pop in. It’s like mixing oil and water. I said no problem. I’ll have him up at five.”

I tell Tucker to send me a confirmation, and this is what he sent.

Sizemore agreement: Gene,

As discussed, I cannot thank you enough for working with me on this. In exchange for you removing the story about Jersey Jaxin/Tom Sizemore on your site and anywhere else that you personally might have posted it; I will in turn provide you with an EXCLUSIVE one on one interview with Tom Sizemore, the actor and personality from such movies as Saving Private Ryan when this tape breaks which shall be no later then one month from the date of this email being June 30, 2005. To quell any concerns, if for ANY reason this exclusive interview is not met, you are welcome to use your power and this email at that time, to discredit me however you see fit.

I hope that this email meets with your approval and respectfully thank you!

Gene sez: Tucker took a little more than a month to get back to me, but did send me an e-mail to indicate that he would arrange an interview with Sizemore. Except Tucker wanted me to submit my questions and then he in turn would give them to Sizemore. Yeah, sure. Send me some questions and I’ll submit them to the ghost of Peter Jennings. I wasn’t buying this new wrinkle in the agreement and was ready for the other shoe to drop. In the mean time, word that Jaxin was on the Sizemore tape got on the Internet last week, so I re-posted the recap from KSEX.

This time celebrity sex tape maven Kevin Blatt got into the act and called me Thursday of last week on behalf of Tucker, to see if I’d take this story down- one more time. I told Blatt that Tucker appeared to be pulling some razz-ma-tazz on me, and Blatt said, for sure, that I’d have an exclusive with Sizemore because now he was involved with this. Accepting Blatt at his word, I took the story down again, and Tucker called me the next day, late Friday afternoon, August 26. Tucker said a meeting was set up with Sizemore and that I’d be able to interview him at a rehab clinic in Pasadena. This is the note he sends me:

But then on August 30, I get this from Tucker- Can we move this to Friday?  Tom has a deposition with his attorney I just found out about. Anytime Friday works for us if that is ok?  Let me know please. Thank you

I wrote Tucker back to say any way he wants to arrange this was find. Except I don’t hear back from him and I’m beginning to smell a floating rat in New Orleans. Friday morning, to draw the rat out, I call Tucker to say that I had some scheduling problems and would he call me back because I want to do this. As I expected, Tucker doesn’t call and next thing, I see an interview with Sizemore on AVN which was given Friday morning- probably about the time I was calling Tucker.

The last laugh is that my interview with Sizemore would have been a classic.
