SAN FRANCISCO — Contending that MonsterCockTube.com and its two operators Thorsten Palicki and Maik Herrmann pirated nine gay adult films for that site, adult studio Titan Media has asked a federal judge to award it a default judgment of $1.35M.
In a story reported on www.xbiz.com, Titan Media went on to say that Palicki and Herrmann have attempted to avoid the suit by changing ownership into a bogus offshore company, are concealing online assets, are “engaging in a game of cat and mouse” and are playing a shell game with avoidance and lies rather than appear before the court and engage in discovery.
Palicki and Herrmann, both German citizens, haven’t responded to the court regarding the Titan suit for months and the most recent piece of correspondence was stamped “return to sender.”
Palicki and Hermann, who were served papers in Florida last August while attending an adult trade show, claim that they can’t be tried for civil liability in the U.S. since they are German citizens and that only the laws of Germany apply to them.
The Titan movies allegedly posted on MonsterCockTube include “110 in Tucson,” “Boner,” “Cirque Noir,” “Crossing the Line,” “Gale Force: MR2,” “Hell Room” “SeaMen: FA IV” “Telescope” and “White Trash.”
