HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — TMZ reports from last night’s XBIZ Awards as its lead story tonight.

TMZ’s crew traveled to the Avalon in Hollywood for the annual show, interviewing stars on the half-block-long red carpet.

The awards program drew 1,000 enthusiastic attendees who honored the businesses and performers that define the industry.

TMZ’s teases the segment on TMZ.com today with the following dialogue: “So we went to the porn awards — not the AVN awards — the XBIZ Awards,” TMZ says. “They’re the ‘Daytime Emmys’ of porn.”
