Sources told the celebrity news site that the former tape owner decided not to sell the 1991 footage to a big company ‘out of principle’, claiming the ‘porn fat cats’ were “parasites.”

The value of the sale hasn’t been released, but bids for the backing music (an original, unreleased Tupac track) had reached $1,000,000.

The 5-minute tape reportedly shows the late rapper in a living room, holding in cocktail in one hand and a joint in the other, receiving oral sex from an unknown woman.

The singer apparently wiggles his hips to an unreleased Tupac song while getting, err, pleasure from the woman. At one point, rapper Money B walks into the frame and chats away to his mate like he’s seen this all before.

A rep for the Tupac estate told TMZ it plans to block any future sale of the sex tape.
