Las Vegas- Apparently Robert Interlandi, www.deepthroatenergy.com went on Craigslist and bought a mini-razor chopper off an eight year-old. Other guys go on Craigslist and buy 18 year-olds, but that’s totally another story involving law enforcement.

“I made it the official Deep Throat chopper,” says Interlandi of his purchase. Then in another spark of creativity he had a model drive the chopper down the runway during the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas this week.

“And she passed out drinks- it was pretty wild; everyone was screaming,” laughs Interlandi who stirred up the crowd some more by yelling about Deep Throat pasties.

“Then one girl ripped off the other girl’s shirt to show off the pasties,” he says. “It was cool.”

As you might expect, the Deep Throat Energy drink was part and parcel of the show, but Interlandi thinks the show, overall, was not as well attended as in year’s past.

“I believe there’s too many trade shows,” he’s saying. “It might have been down about 50%.”

[The reviews of the Exxxotica NY show were mixed. Some people told me it was really slow whereas the promoters put out a press release this week sucking the dick of exorbitant adjectives to describe it.]

Which really doesn’t mean much to Interlandi whose gauge of a show is how many business cards he collects. He stacks ‘em up, and if the stack’s taller than a Jerry’s Deli pile high Corn Beef sandwich, it’s a good show. For him this was a good show.

“And we did better than break even so we did okay,” he muses. “It’s a good sign when you don’t lose your ass.”

As he did with the StorErotica show a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas, Interlandi managed to sell a couple of palettes worth of the energy drink.

“I saw Max Hardcore’s girlfriend,” he adds. “She was working at the Juicy booth. I asked how he was doing and she said he’s partying it up. He doesn’t think he’s going to jail but if he does he wants to party it up. She said he was going in for sentencing next week.”

Interlandi mentions that he has some new T-shirt designs in the works which will be ready in April. But this isn’t the end of trade shows for awhile. Interlandi’s got an in-store promotion lined up for tomorrow in Las Vegas.

“We’re bringing the Arrow Corvette and we’re going to the Super Store over on [3850] Tropicana,” he announces.

“They’re having a couple of porn stars signing. Sunny Lane with be there. And the Deep Throat girls, www.xxxdeepthroat.com will be there passing out samples. It goes from 12 till 2; and 6pm to 9pm.”
