David Forest writes: I was just advised by the James A. Musick Facility (an Orange County Jail) … that Robert DID appear in court yesterday (5/27). He has 2 active cases. Bail on one of them IS $100,000. However, on the 2nd case, there’s a NO BAIL HOLD (which makes it impossible for him to get released at this time).

His next court appearance is on June 7 in Div. W3 of the West Justice Center in Westminster.

I am a friend of Robert’s … repped him at one stage of his career. I’m reporting this info because I didn’t see any report about the results of his court date yesterday by any of the folks that had previously written about this story.
