Porn attorney Sonny Probono adds to the following story.

“Emil at Video Wholesalers stiffed another porn company in the Valley for $16,000,” says Sonny. “Emil likes to brag that his uncle Marty is a ‘made man’. And Emil’s favorite dodge these days when you ask for money is telling you, oh, we just moved from Newark, and the computers are stuck on a truck and the truck broke an axle.”

Porn Valley- Gabor at Heatwave says that a customer owes him money. About $20,000 worth of money right now. Gabor explains that he was dealing with a company called Aced-Video Wholesalers of America owned by Emil Deprete.

According to Gabor, Deprete, originally, owed him something to the tune of $13,000 in invoices.

“Last August he called me and told me to charge around $7,000 on his American Express card,” continues Gabor. “I took his charge and everything was okay. It went through.”

Since August, however, Deprete added more orders. By January, the outstanding balance was up to around $20,000 and Gabor told Deprete, no more orders until he starts squaring up with the money.

Gabor was told to charge the outstanding balance again on American Express.

“Then that piece of shit three days later called American Express disputing the charges,” says Gabor. “He says he never authorized it. This is the same thing Ahn Tran did.”

Only now in subsequent calls to the company, Gabor says Deprete never answer calls or comes to the phone.

“This fucking guy bought his company from an old friend of ours, Marty Mazza,” Gabor explains. “Marty was everyone’s friend and used to operate out of Newark, New Jersey. He was one of the most honorable men in this industry.”

“So when I had a conversation in August with this piece of shit, Emil, he told me how his uncle Marty stole a lot of money from him,” says Gabor who knows other companies that are in the same situation of being owed money as Heatwave.

“I’m going to go after his ass and he’s going to pay me even if I have to hire the biggest attorneys,” Gabor swears.

“I will fly down to Florida and I will do that.”

Gabor explains that Deprete’s operation is now located in Orlando, having moved from Newark.

“And these people who work for him are scumbags,” Gabor adds. “In December they promised we’ll send you money. When I ask them what happened to it, they tell me ask the Post Office. Can you believe that? Are they out of their fucking minds?”
