Here’s some miscellaneous happenings involving Vegas that you may not get in a news story but they were good enough to note:

All the KSEX staff was awesome at the booth, doing live hits, passing out KSEX stuff and volunteering to help where needed. Three Porn Jockeys deserve much extra praise though: Kylie Ireland, Flexx and Katie Morgan spent so much time helping KSEX, you would’ve thought they were being paid union rates.

It was surprising to see how many people I’ve had run ins with in the past, come together and make nice nice with me. Devon of Digital Playground was sweet as can be, Mary Carey [after realizing who I was] couldn’t have been nicer, Ben English didn’t seem too happy when he first realized I was to interview him entering the AVN Awards Show but closed the interview out friendly and cordial. Stormy, Pat Milne and me had a group hug to fix the previous tension we had and Kaylynn kissed me to make up following some unpublicized tension. Gina Lynn and Tawny Roberts, two people who I thought were allies treated me like shit. Mike South reported that they later got in a fight with each other so I guess we’ll call that a wash.

On the way to Sean Michaels’ after party with four friends, I bumped into Buck Adams in the elevator. He asked, “are you going to Sean’s party?” I acknowledged. He concurred that he was attending as well. When we got outside the door of the Penthouse Suite, a crowd already formed was being yelled at by a bouncer. I had never seen this guy before but out of nowhere when I walked up, he said, “Everyone has to wait outside… [pause] …unless you’re with Wankus.” I thought to myself, “who the fuck am I to get this kind of royal treatment?” The bouncer then asked, “who’s in your party Wankus?” I pointed out the friends I arrived with and he said, “okay…Wankus and you, you, you and you can go in. Everyone else has to wait.” He didn’t point at Buck. I was embarrassed. I said, “Dude…Buck’s not in our group, but ah, you don’t want to make him wait outside….trust me…he should be let in before me.” The bouncer looks at this porn legend and says, “okay…since Wankus says you’re okay, you can go in too.” Hysterical.

Chef Jeff asked AVN’s Performer of the Year Winner, Ashley Blue to appear on his KSEXradio.com show tonight. Blue accepted the offer and cancelled her appearance on DP Tonight in order to be able to make the KSEX show.

At the Adam & Eve party I hosted Thursday night, some drunk jerk off kept bothering Terri Summers and her man. Finally little ole’ me stepped in and asked, “what’s the problem?” The inebriated asshole said, “He’s a fuckin’ foreigner…I can’t understand a thing he says.” I said, “Maybe it’s because you’re wasted out of your mind.” He started pushin’ me and talking shit until I saw bouncers, pointed at him and watched a swarm of testosterone yank him by anything grabable and pull him from the property.

Overall, as overwhelmed as I was at times, I had a blast. Thank you to everyone who came by the KSEXradio.com booth within the Adam & Eve area. I’m sorry I was unable to hang out with each and every one of you but I promise next year to have a couple of assistants.
