Desi Foxx writes on www.desifoxx.com : When it rains it pours. The problems with TheFoxxs.com was in reality our web design guy, Stefan Avalos, who has changed the ownership of our domain illegally to him and has decided he will keep our domain TheFoXXs.com until we pay the expenses and buy them out. He and our other partner, Patrick Hasson, are also holding all of our content hostage.
Patrick is one of the documentary guys that we have spent the past 2-3 months letting he and Juan Carlos into our homes and our lives. This is how they repay us. Patrick and Stefan are aware that we are working with a new partner to get them the money for the expenses. What they have done is both unethical and illegal. Our contract specifically states Elli and I retain ownership of everything. Their only participation is the expenses to be recouped from sales and a percentage of net profits from sales not from us. Their active roles per contract are over but they won’t let us continue building the website until we give them an undisclosed amount of money to give my own domain back to me.
They also do not have a release from us to show those pictures in the gallery. So the regulators will be knocking at their doors shortly. In the meantime, I recommend that no one purchase the DVD. I cannot guarantee that you will receive your purchase as Monday, we will be obtaining legal counsel, contacting regulators, and whatever governmental department handles domain theft and the whole project will have to be shut down until resolved.
Elli and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes any of you. All I can say is I guess we can’t trust anyone. This guy forged my authority to do this. Don’t do business with Stefan Avalos or Patrick Hasson, they are scam artists. This is what they will do if you give them any information. They will steal your stuff and then want money to get it back. I have actual communications from them as proof of this theft. You can get their names and addresses from the website, DVD and through reviewing the domain ownership registry.
We will also no longer participate in the documentary and suggest no one get involved i this project either. We will not support anything they try to get from the documentary after this theft!
PS. Patrick Hasson has a project in to Tera Vision, Tera Patrick’s company. If anyone knows how to get in contact with them, please tell them to beware of these scam artists.
Background: I write this entry with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. I’ve worked it in my head several times and in several ways and the answer is still the same. Elli and I must leave the porn world!!
Even though everything is set up and we made our first DVD as promised, the sales we’ve had do not even cover the expenses. We thought we were giving what everyone said they wanted but looks like we were wrong.
Too many in the industry have been against us to sustain any longer under the current conditions. We are about to be without a house or a car so decisions have to be made now. In an earlier entry on 9/9, I mentioned the argument with Derek at LA Direct. Here’s the whole story of what happened so you can see there’s truly many who have been planning and working hard for this day to come. I’m sorry to say that they have won!!
Since Elli has been with LA Direct, they have scheduled her 1 b/g scene which was through one of their own production companies. There has been a few other scenes, g/g, solo and the mainstream role which pays an average of $500 a scene. She has turned down a scene or two due to the content wanted such as 8 girls sticking lollipops in each others pussies and asses. Disease waiting to happen so she declined. The thing about b/g scenes is that’s where the money is, we get paid most for them (unless you start adding more guys or anal, etc.). So anyway, she’s been averaging a net profit of about $800 a month since signing a contract with LA Direct.
So after a talk with one of their agents while Derek was out of town, I got the okay to schedule Elli for a few scenes myself to help get our bills paid and get money to move. In stopping by Jim’s office to settle up on a shoot, he asked how Elli’s schedule was going. We told him it sucked which surprised him since he still gets calls on her regularly and had been sending them to LA Direct (cuz that’s the kind of agent Jim is, he cares about us). So I tell Jim I got the ok to schedule her outside her agency for now anyway and he said he would start taking the calls. I sent him new pics and he sent them out. This is where you’ll see how we’re treated here . . and by the main company making money off my scenes currently out there.
Laura from Naughty America gets the pics from Jim. We both shot with NA in January and have been trying to get back in ever since with no luck. I’ve even emailed her at her personal work email (given to me by more than one person) more than once trying to get us on the schedule . . . separately, we understand NA doesn’t want the m/d thing. Not even a response from this woman, not even an acknowledgement. I know members of their club and employees of the company who all wonder why we haven’t shot for them again. I explain my dilemma and they can offer no help. Everyone says it’s Laura’s decision who shoots for NA so we have to talk to her. We’ve even stopped doing interviews with them, stating we cannot continue to promote ourselves there if they aren’t going to shoot us. We’re only helping them to sell our current work with these interviews. I have great reviews there!!
Now, Laura calls both our agents. At Jim’s, she says she wants to schedule Elli. Wow, finally, really?? But then she calls LA Direct and says “I want to schedule Elli Foxx but not sure where to schedule her since she’s on your website and Jim just sent me pics of her”. Again, Laura has been in the biz a long time so she knew the repercussions of the call to LA Direct.
She hadn’t responded to any messages about scheduling us before this though I had also sent pics to her before. It’s been 8 months since we shot for them and have lived here now almost 4 months with no new NA shoot. Does anyone out there really believe this woman had no idea she was busting on Elli. We sure don’t believe it for a second. Not sure why Laura would have anything against us since our work has brought nothing but good reviews and continued sales. My scenes with them are the top googled scenes I have out there.
So, of course, our phones start blowing up Monday afternoon about this. LA Derek says we canceled the NA shoot that Elli actually turned down due to a shoot I had scheduled us and our trip to NY that evening. So he’s charging her a $300 kill fee and he won’t cancel her contract. Not sure why he wants the contract since he’s not scheduling any work for her. He’s effectively put her out of the porn biz. You tell me what his motives are???
Now, the last of course to this story, Elli wasn’t available to shoot for NA last week and the shoot was not rescheduled for a different day even though NA shoots these scenes regularly. Hmmmm wonder why Laura had to have Elli Foxx that day but no other day???? Maybe because she didn’t really want to shoot her at all but wanted the satisfaction of shutting Elli down from making a few extra dollars to keep us from becoming homeless soon. Thanks alot Laura!!!
Meanwhile, I’m only being scheduled for interracial scenes which is fine with me but I can only fuck so many giant cocks each week. I am 48, ya know. On top of all the giant cocks I’m fucking for interracial scenes, I have been shooting for our CT scenes to provide content for our site and DVD. I’ve been handling all the marketing, my fan mail and my blog everyday. I’m basically working 10-12 hour days with no return on the majority of it since our DVD is not selling as expected. At this rate, I can work this many hours and make money in a real job that will at least cover some of our needs.
So you can see, I’m defeated. You guys win, hope it makes your day!! Elli and I are leaving the porn business as of today. Tomorrow, we have interviews for jobs in the real world. Sorry to all of you who did support our efforts. Would’ve liked to have given you a success story instead of a failure. But at least you can see what I told you is true. They weren’t going to be happy until we left.
PARTY ON!!
PS. 1and1 shut our domain down last night saying we canceled it. Yeah right, right after we set it up to sell our DVD, that makes alot of sense. Not sure what their deal is with us other than we weren’t renewing our other packages where they make the real money and we were transferring the domain to a new host. I suggest you never use this company because their answer is . . . . you can redeem it (we never canceled it) for $40 and it will take 3-5 days. We’re fighting them but not sure what good it will do. Once we get it back up, you will still be able to purchase the DVD if you’d like a copy. It will be for sale until we sell them all. There will be no more!
