We’re No Scofflaws Says Tim Case

Porn Valley- Sounding more like Bonnie & Clyde than your average Valley porn couple, Tim Case and Felicia Fox dropped a ton of gossip on their KSEX listeners Tuesday night. Fox admitted that she hasn’t paid taxes in four years but was working things out with her accountant. Case predicted the news will be all over the Internet. “Luke Ford is listening to this right now,” said Case who’s now on Ford’s payroll.

Case also reported that he and Fox were in Kansas all last week in a town near Ft. Riley. “It’s in the middle of Bumfuck, Nowhere Kansas,” Case said. “If you ever get a chance to go to Kansas, don’t.” Case said there was no AOL number that they could access. “I couldn’t check our e-mails.”

Case said it’s part of Fox’s contract that a club has to put them at a certain level hotel. There were those types of facilities available, but Case said they were booked into the Econo Lodge where their room was the size of a shoe box. Case said he had to call a local computer store to find out that there wasn’t an AOL access number. “You have to use the 1-800 AOL super number which costs you $6 an hour to check your e-mail.”

They also had to find the nearest Kinkos to run off some credit sheets for the club Fox was dancing at. “The closest Kinkos was 30 miles away near Kansas State University,” Case explained.

What was worse, Case said Fox was doing three shows a night for 18 and 19 year old military guys who didn’t have any money. “They were friendly as can be- the nicest kids. A lot of them just came back from Iraq and you couldn’t be mean to them because they were just so cool. But not a lot of money.” Fox said they did okay on the sales of DVDs and Polaroids, however.

Fox mentioned that they’ve gotten quite a few traffic tickets on the road. As proof again that no good deed goes unpunished, on their last day in Kansas, they forgot to tip one of the deejays and returned to the club to do so. As they were leaving the club, Case got pulled over by a cop. Case said he got a warning to which he confessed that he doesn’t have a valid driver’s license. “We’re not a couple of felons regardless of what you’re hearing,” Case swore. “We’re very normal people.” Case said the cop asked him if he knew that his driver’s license had expired. “What am I going to do, lie?”

The cop told Case that since Fox had a valid license she would have to drive and it wouldn’t do any good to issue a warrant for Case’s arrest in Kansas since he doesn’t live there. And since he and Fox had to drive to Kansas City to return the rental car, the cop told him if he was stopped again, chances are that he’d go to jail. “I drove anyway,” he cackled. “That’s my reason for existence- to drive her [Fox].”

Case said people listening to the show would get the opinion that he and Fox are a couple of scofflaws. Then he mentioned that he and Fox are going to get evicted.

In a story that was featured in the National Enquirer, Fox and Case moved into a three bedroom home owned by movie star Ronee Blakely. “The lady that we happened to rent from is an insane actress, her name’s Ronee Blakely. She played the mother in the first Nightmare on Elm Street. She was the blond chick who drank a lot which is pretty close to how she really is.” Blakely was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress in Nashville.

According to Case, Blakely is “insane” and “whacked-out.” Case said he and Fox have kept a diary on Blakely and some of the things she’s done since they lived there. “There’s like five pages of late night calls where the police come knocking on the door.”

Case says Blakely lives in an attached garage to the house. “We found out after we signed our lease and moved all our stuff in- she’s there. She lives there in the fucking garage.” Case said while they’re renting out the rest of the house Blakely is living there on the property. “She’s just insane. You feel bad for her.” Fox aid she doesn’t feel bad for her any more. “We used to but I don’t any more.”

Case said Blakely is trying to evict them, that their lease was up March 1. “We were going to stay until June, Case said. According to Fox, Blakely okay’ed it, that they talked to her an she was going to raise the rent a little bit. “We were going to stay the extra three months and somehow, something happened.”

Fox was talking over Case so it was difficult to determine just what the problem was but it sounded like Blakely entered the house and Vandalia caught her. “We wound up having problems with that so we’ve got all kinds of court things going on,” Case said noting that they’ve enjoyed their year in California. “You know what they say- L.A., come on vacation, leave on probation.”
