When Max Hardcore was released from jail earlier this year, the occasion was heralded by none other than Forbes Magazine.

Max had been found guilty of 20 counts of obscenity, was sentenced to 46 months and fined nearly $100,000. A tough price to pay for making product for consenting adults. It all began with a FBI raid while Max was away attending an international erotic expo in Barcelona.

During the search five video titles and the office’s computer servers were seized.
