Somebody screwed up big time. Someone’s tit is in a major wringer. Someone is in deep shit.

According to the latest story from the LA Times a female porn performer, now known to be HIV positive, tested on June 4th. Incredibly, she was allowed to work the next day before her test results came back on a Saturday June 6th. Which, at that time, they came back positive, according to AIM’s Sharon Mitchell.

From what we now know, the woman’s last test was April 29th which meant she was allowed to work without an updated test.

However, Dr. Colin Hamblin, AIM’s medical director, in the Times’ story contradicts Mitchell’s statement by saying the porn actress tested HIV positive on June 4 and worked the following day for reasons he said were still being investigated. A second positive result then came back Saturday. And the clinic is awaiting results of a third and final confirmatory test, he said.

Either way, the female performer was allowed to work without a test if you follow Mitchell’s timeline, or that she was allowed to work being known HIV positive according to Dr. Hamblin’s statement.
