Las Vegas- From giving to the Salvation Army to sponsoring a friend in a race for a cure, there are a million causes to support with your spare change.

But ever think about sponsoring someone’s plastic surgery?

Now you can and local women are signing up and cashing in.

With the profiles of 4,500 women, you might think it was something else, but it is not a porn site, and it is not Myspace.

“It’s a charity, sort of. My screen is set at my free implants,” explained a girl who wants to be called Summer.

Women create anonymous online accounts and post pictures on myfreeimplants.com to get bucks for breasts.

One of the girls on the site is Summer, a local military wife whose husband is overseas.

She has racked up $2,100 for her implants so far, mainly from veterans.

“They are proud of what my husband does and I am proud of what he does and they want to see me happy whether it be with an augmentation or me staying strong,” explained Summer.

After having an 8 – month – old daughter Summer says her body is not the same.

“After breast feeding her it’s like, okay where did they go,” said Summer.

“Ivy” has banked $3,700 from the site and says a breast lift will boost her confidence.

“I want, I call them young boobs,” said Summer.

Plastic surgeon Tracy Hankins of Hankins Plastic Surgery Associates says even though they are not paying for the surgery these women should know what they are getting into.

“It is a life changing operation for a fair number of people,” explained Doctor Hankins.

The girls say the site is not just about the implants, they say it is a social spot, a place to make friends.

“I blog about books that I read and people respond to it,” explained Ivy.

“It’s just like Myspace, it is just like Facebook,” said Summer.

“It is free to sign up, but costs guys $10 to view the photo albums and a dollar donation to send a message.

The catch is that there are no guarantees the guys will see where their dollars go.

That is okay for Summer and Ivy as they are both married and say they are not selling themselves, just accepting donations to their cause, bigger breasts.

“Say they want to click to see more of your pictures, let them pay to see more of your pictures,” said Ivy.

“I want to get it done before my husband gets home from Iraq, I do not know if I will get it done that soon but I will get there eventually,” explained Summer.
