CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y.- Here’s a really stupid thing for an employer to do. Tell an employee that she has a birthday surprise coming to her, blindfold her at a party at a restaurant, and have a waiter shove a dildo covered with whipped cream into her mouth while co-workers take pictures of it.

That’s what a marketing supervisor claims her bosses at Affinity Health Plan did to her. She says she was so embarrassed and hurt buy it that she was unable to return to work. She seeks $10 million in damages from the company, her bosses, and the restaurant where it happened. She sued for assault, sexual harassment, discrimination, misrepresentation, defamation and other charges. She is represented by Frederick Brewington of Hempstead.
