A Good Story Worth Repeating: Former Mancation Producer Says Bree Olson Out, Danica Dillan Suing

Posted earlier this week on www.adultcybermart.com – What’s the funniest thing you’ve seen in the last year or so?

Gotta be the movie, The Hangover, right? Laugh out loud, wet your pants, guy-film funny. What with the DVD extras there’s potential for self abuse in the privacy of your own room, but this is something that’s got to be shared in a multiplex to be truly appreciated. Because once you get the fat lady in the front row going, there’s no end to the laugh spasms your ribcage will be enduring.

The funniest thing we’ve heard all year was some porn company offering AdultCyberMart a back-end affiliate deal for putting up a free video page to a website that hasn’t even been launched yet. Now that was pretty hilarious, since affiliate deals are about the porn equivalent of title deeds to the Brooklyn Bridge. Only the idea behind The Hangover is way more amusing, we think.

Rollicking, socko comedy being our forte, it was with great interest to have read an announcement about porn babes Bree Olson and Danica Dillan joining the cast of a mainstream comedy project titled Mancation.

In a nutshell: former N’Sync singer Joey Fatone stars. Olson in what would be her first mainstream role is Fatone’s wife with Fatone coming home, catching Olson inflagrante apparently enjoying some strap-on athletics with Dillan. And since Bree’s now a vegan trading recipes on the Internet, this gimmick would make sense.

In what’s supposed to be the revenge motif, Fatone and his buddies head for Atlantic City to soak up booze, broads and wild times. Except, have you ever been to Atlantic City? Stop us if any of this plot sounds remotely like The Hangover.

In Death Wish 3, Charlie Bronson might have pulled out a .475 Wildey Magnum, and Bree would have been a vegetable salad. Except we’re living in different times.

Mancation was set to begin shooting April 1st. But, whoa!!!! No sooner did this story hit the ‘Net, that RadarOnLine reported a legal fiasco involving a former producer, Ryan McCarty, suing another producer, Frank Vain and Mancation Movie LLC, for $15,000. Just on the face of it, we’d give McCarty the 15G’s because he was nice enough not to ask for 150G’s and a cameo for Lindsay Lohan.

Citing legal stuff like breach of written or oral contract, payment for work performed and wrongful termination, McCarty filed a civil action complaint in New Jersey on Tuesday, March 15.

“I felt like I was used,” said McCarty, sounding like some John who got 45 minutes instead of the full hour.

“Now I’m hurt and upset and just want what’s owed to me.”

In the complaint, McCarty claimed he brought in Fatone, Olson and Dillan to be a part of the project.

“I was asked by Frank Vain back in the summer of 2010 to help bring in investors, models and actors/actresses for a movie… that would be filming in spring 2011,” McCarty wrote in the court filing.

“I was asked to get a few adult film stars involved in the movie since I am friends with a few. I then called Danica Dillan who agreed to do the film and was very excited that I was involved.”

As compensation for his work, McCarty said he would receive 20% of the low budget movie, or $30,000.

“Not too long after, it appeared I was starting to be left out of the loop of what was going on, and I would receive no texts back or phone calls from Frank Vain.”

When the story of the lawsuit broke, McCarty said there was an inaccurate perception put out there that he was “partying” too much.

“They kicked me out and said ‘you’re in L.A. living the high life with VIP bottle service and spending a lot of money.

“I don’t see what that has to do with it because my job was to bring in investors and actors which is what I was doing.”

McCarty further wrote in the court document, “If I did not help get them Joey Fatone and Bree Olson, they would have had a lot more trouble getting a lead actor to perform his role at that level and possably [sic] not had a movie at all.”

As of their most recent story, RadarOnLine reported that, despite the behind-the-scenes drama, all the actors are still on board.

Ah, ah, aaaaaaah. Not so fast.

AdultCyberMart spoke to McCarty this week. McCarty, who seems like a pleasant enough chap, claims that in the latest developments, Bree Olson quit the film after he filed the lawsuit and Dillan was allegedly fired by the producers.

“Danica is pretty pissed. She’s filing a civil lawsuit also, and I’ve been helping her with it,” says McCarty.

If the story’s true about Dillan it would be a major loss because she has very nice feet.

“They’ve used her name in a few publications as being in the movie.,” continues McCarty.

“Now they’ve fired her for being associated with me. She was excited to be in a mainstream film. I guess Joey Fatone’s still doing it. Maybe he needs the money.”

Asked how he wound up getting in the middle of all this nonsense in the first place, McCarty explains that he drives adult film stars around for an agent in New Jersey.

“I was out in California with Kacey Jordan and we were going to parties, stuff like that,” McCarty continues.

“I think they [the other producers] were more jealous than anything. I hate to say that. But that’s kind of how you bring the investors in by hanging out and being their friend.”

“My role was to be an executive producer and bring in some actors and money for the film.”

According to McCarty, he’s been involved in past projects with Mancation’s producers.

“In one I invested the entire amount of money and made a little money off of that. Another film called Calendar Girl starred Corbin Bernsen and Gilbert Gottfried and this one they asked me to bring some of the actors in. There’s Frank Vain and a couple others involved, but I keep using his name because he owns the rights to the Mancation movie.”

McCarty, who also has a business selling vinyl records online, mentions that his fiancée Hailey Brooks is in the adult industry and repped by Type 9 Modeling.

“I met her driving the same way I met Kacey and Bree.”

“When you say driving, we picture the whole escort-thing,” McCarty is told.

“Well Kacey was a couple of times,” he answers.

“Mainly I just drive them to shoots and end up hanging out with them.”

McCarty mentions some shenanigans involving the driver for the Mancation film and a DUI that was “taken care of.”

“That is so stupid because there’s a paper trail. I told Joey all this, but I assume he’s one of those celebrities who needs the money. I can’t think of any other reason why he’d be doing it.”

McCarty expects to be back in court over the issue within the month.

“This might all sound asshole-ish, but they were supposed to be my friends.”
