> I had a conversation Monday night with Mr. Metro who told me that Kenny Guarino and Les Rich are being depo'ed today in the Defiance Films lawsuit. Contrary to some reports, the suit is still very active. Metro wanted to settle and made some inquiries. Defiance said, yeah, under certain conditions which have not been met. Look for a very big announcement after the case is over.

> Tory Lane and Anthony Hardwood were shooting a scene yesterday for Vertigo. Hardwood and Lane were smacking each other, then Lane kicked Hardwood in the nuts with spiked heels on. I'm told that the heel went through Hardwood's ball sac.

> I hear that the posting of Keith O'Connor's criminal record on www.lukeisback.com is narrowed to one source- the husband of a porn performer. For his part, O'Connor says he doesn't care and he's never denied it to anyone. "Anyone that knows me personally in the business and anyone I deal with- they all know about it," says O'Connor who's also ready to bring Skeeter on board to shoot for Defiance/Torrid. O'Connor notes that Skeeter's working "like a motherfucker" again. "And rightfully so," says O'Connor. "Everyone waited until Skeeter was adjudicated and everything was fine and proved to be all bullshit. The only sad thing is look how much money he lost."

O'Connor says he'd like to have Skeeter shoot his own line for Defiance as well as handle camera for Taylor Rain's movies on the Torrid line.

"That ought to be a lot of fun."

According to O'Connor, Defiance is set with releases all the way through August but special projects will be negotiated. In the coming months, Tyler Durden is going to shoot a movie for the company. Tory Lane is scheduled to shoot. Taylor Rain will shoot two movies and Vince Voss has two movies lined up.

Durden's movie is going to be titled Full Anal Jacket.

"I think he might be one of these directors that spends years as a performer, then when he turns over to directing he could be something really special," says O'Connor. "He came in here with a slide show of what he expects- he seems like a cross between Pat Myne and Skeeter Kerkove, because he's so detailed. I have a really good feeling about him."
