Porn Valley- Timelines, timelines, timelines. That's what it's all about. The fact that, or at least the rumor that Lara Roxx is suing TT Boy, www.lukeisback.com, reportedly for $10 million dollars raises some interesting questions.[Adultfyi.com reported on the imminence of one back in May: http://adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=3644]

One of which would assume if Roxx has indeed taken legal initiative, that she's got all her ducks lined up and can prove, conclusively, she got HIV from Darren James. But the scene Roxx would be pointing to came much later- March 24- than the one which occurred in Canada in February.

From AVN: "It was around February 10, 2004. Roxx had been performing, mostly for Canadian-based Internet sites, for exactly one month, and she was about to do her first boy/girl scene for an American video feature.

"When I first walked into Daniel Perrault's office, I told him what I was ready to do, and he told me he wasn't ready to represent me under those conditions," Roxx stated on April 16. "I told him I wasn't interested in anal at all, and I was a little freaky about the no-condom thing, too. I'm educated about the STDs since I'm in grade 3. I was educated about condoms. I knew I didn't want any STDs. I was protecting myself in the proper ways to not catch STDs, the ways I was taught."

But though she'd been a dancer for three years, Roxx wasn't very familiar with the adult video industry, and she admits that later, when she decided to accept offers to do scenes in L.A., Perrault advised her that he thought she was too innocent to survive the U.S. porn scene.

Perrault nonetheless brought Roxx into contact with director Marc Anthony, who was reportedly in Montreal scouting for talent, and he in turn introduced her to his actors, Darren James and Max Black. Roxx thinks there was another actor, possibly Canadian, named Max who was also present.

Perrault had arranged for Roxx to have an HIV test, but she's not sure what kind of test that was; just that blood was drawn for it.

"Really, that's a question for Daniel Perrault or the lab where I took my test," Roxx responded. "I think it's AIM's equivalent in Canada, but we don't have to test for Chlamydia or gonorrhea; we only test for syphilis and HIV."

Patricia Petite, who also works with Perrault, is said to have been working with an ELISA test. Petite is on the first-generation A list, those who had sexual contact with James.

At this point, Roxx doesn't know whether the test was PCR-DNA or ELISA..."

Gene says: In the beyond the shadow of a doubt scenario, no one seems to know too much about that scene in Canada. And when I raised the issue with AIM's Sharon Mitchell at a talent meeting a couple of month's ago, she didn't seem to be aware of it, only to be reminded by one of her assistants that Roxx had, indeed, done a scene in Canada with James in February. [James is reported to have acquired HIV in Brazil in March.]

I just find it odd that AIM had already proclaimed James the annointed one when its leader had to be prompted like George W. Bush about a scene- that raises some very serious questions- a month before.

So the nagging suspicion still remains that it was Roxx, not James who might have brought all of this to the table. Because there's that whole issue of ass blisters and the fact that Roxx was sporting a galaxy of them on her rectum when she shot scenes on March 24, the alleged ground zero day she worked with James.

Posted on adultfyi.com, April 20, 2004: Porn Valley: An ancient Chinese photographer once said, a picture's worth a thousand words. And words sometimes can't even begin to describe the picture. I'm told by reliable sources that this is an unretouched photo of a woman who is identified as Lara Roxx.

Let's make this very clear. Adultfyi.com cannot authenticate this photo [it late did] other than to accept the word of the source who supplied it to us.

But even if it weren't Roxx, it opens up a whole new field of speculation and questioning that begins with the obvious, such as: who in their right mind would allow a performer to do a scene in such a condition? And what performer in his right mind would agree to work with someone in this condition? Have we all lost our minds?

Roxx in a recent interview with AVN alludes to a rash that developed, she claims, AFTER a scene with Marc Anthony. Whereas the girl in the photo appears to have brought it with her.

"The day after that scene, I had a rash appeared on my ass," Roxx told AVN. "A rash like I've never had before, and I was in pain. I couldn't sit on my butt."

Roxx said she went to the medical clinic run by Dr. Rigg, where a doctor prescribed a course of antibiotics.

"That stupid doctor prescribed me stupid antibiotics without even looking at it [the rash]," Roxx protested. "He was like afraid." Roxx claims that, after more antibiotics, the rash eventually subsided and was replaced by the biggest yeast infection in her life.

All of which is certainly comforting realizing that scenes like the one depicted in the photo are flying under the radar. And possibly more often than we care to realize."

Gene further says: The picture with Roxx and the ass blisters was shot March 24, and here's what The Age writes of that day: http://adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=3331

The Age: "... Roxx prepared to film a scene that required anal penetration by two partners, Darren James and Marc Anthony. Roxx says Anthony showed her his test results, but not James. "I wasn't experienced enough to go up to people and ask them for their test," Roxx said. "The only person that showed me their test before we had a sexual relation was, unfortunately, Marc Anthony."

Gene say: Ignorance isn't establishing a very strong case where Roxx is concerned. Not to mention the fact that the night before Roxx was found to have HIV [April 15] she was in a motel room on Sepulveda apparently willing to fuck for plane fare back to Canada. I know this because I talked to someone in that room who was looking to send people over and I know the someone who went over.

But that's a story for another day.
