This week’s Celebrity Babe of The Week is Tarzana, California’s own, Blake Lively.

Granted, those who are receiving social security checks or some form of government disability probably never heard of the 23 year-old Ms. Lively, a graduate of Burbank High School, much less jacked off to her. But all that changed within a week.
