The Pearl Industry Network (PiN), a new trade group for the adult industry focused on content creators, will debut at Taboo Vancouver adult lifestyle and wellness expo next week. PiN aims to address systemic gaps in access to testing, healthcare, and trusted collaboration for Canadian and U.S. adult content creators and sex workers.
Debuting Services and Initiatives
PiN will unveil tools focused on verification, healthcare access, and professional safety at the expo. The central service the group will launch is TrustLink, a platform that enables creators to verify their identities and selectively share credentials with other verified users at no cost.
According to PiN's BullBossJosh, chief visionary officer of PiN, "Our focus is building real infrastructure that creators can rely on. TrustLink is about authenticity, safety, and control."
TrustLink Verification Platform
TrustLink allows creators to verify once and selectively share credentials only with other verified users, helping reduce catfishing, impersonation, and unsafe bookings while keeping sensitive data locked down.
"Designed with enterprise-grade cybersecurity, TrustLink prioritizes privacy and control so creators no longer have to send raw IDs and legal names to every platform, studio or potential collab partner," a PiN spokesperson said.
Broader Safety and Professionalization Initiatives
PiN's broader safety and professionalization initiatives at Taboo Vancouver include a partnership with ProDX Health to offer Pro13 at-home STI testing kits to Canadians; a three-tier Canadian healthcare framework for industry workers; and access to accountants experienced with sex workers and adult content creators.
