Arkansas- The trial for the two owners of Adult World has again been postponed, according to court documents.

Last month, Judge Richard Proctor agreed to set the trial date in the case of Jim and Wayne Philpot and R.J.J.W. Enterprises, Inc. and J&W Investments, for May 11 through 15 at the St. Francis County Courthouse. On Tuesday, Proctor pushed the trial date back to Nov. 11, at the request of Ohio attorney H. Louis Sirkin [pictured].

The affidavit will allow Sirkin to represent the Philpots in the case where they have been charged with two counts of promoting obscene materials, provided he is in good standing in the state of Ohio, is working with an Arkansas attorney on the case and has not been censured by the state of Ohio.
