Here's a story for pink-in-the-ass liberals who argue against the death penalty.

NY- The child welfare supervisor accused of raping two of his own daughters was denied bail yesterday while investigators discovered a gun and pornographic photos of his children at his Harlem home.

The 41-year-old suspect, who has worked for a decade at the embattled Administration for Children's Services, had made a written and videotaped confession that he sexually abused one of his daughters for more than a decade.

A father of five, the suspect - whose name is being withheld by the Daily News to shield the identity of his victims - allegedly abused his 26-year-old daughter since she was 10 and his 15-year-old daughter for the past two years.

In addition, he is accused of molesting the 14-year-old daughter of his girlfriend, who also works at ACS. His other three children are not believed to have been abused.

When raiding the suspect's apartment late Friday, investigators found dozens of pictures depicting his daughters in sexual poses, authorities said.

A handgun and some M-16 ammunition were also discovered, though no charges in connection to the weapon have been filed. Investigators are determining whether the gun was legally purchased and registered, officials said.

The suspect, who is a former National Guardsman and received a master's degree at New York University, never looked at Judge Micki Scherer during the afternoon arraignment at Manhattan Criminal Court.

The suspect, who is considered a flight risk, was denied bail, placed under suicide watch and ordered to return to court next week. ACS has suspended him from his job training prospective foster parents.

The accusation is the latest blow to the agency, which is receiving $16 million to hire more caseworkers in the aftermath of the horrific death of 7-year-old Nixzmary Brown.
