I thought there was some kind of rule that prevents reporters from writing about trials they're going to participate in. Something about prejudice. Hence Tracy Clark-Flory [pictured] of Salon.com is no longer testifying at Ira Isaacs obscenity trial after she wrote this piece today: www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=53269
Clark-Flory was subpoenaed over dialogue she had with the fetish filmmaker in a Q&A conducted last year.
As reported by www.xbiz.com Clark-Flory said that Salon's attorneys were told by the government that her presence for the trial was no longer needed.
"I'm not sure whether it had to do with the article I published this morning about the subpoena, or something else entirely," she said.
Ya think?
