South Paris ME- All Boys Distribution’s President and CEO Rob Ragan has just announce the signing of the new ethnic production line Street Royale Media.
The deal calls for All Boys to exclusively distribute all films from the newest ethnic line throughout the North American marketplace, along with several other countries such as Europe, South Africa and Australia.
“I was contacted about a week ago from the owner of the line who directed me to JRL to show me the placement it had and I must say I was interested because his first film went from 43 as a debuted to 21 the following week, then to 15 the very next one,” Ragan said.
“When we looked at the quality of his next release and because I’ve been wanting to sign an ethnic line, I wasn’t necessarily wanting a ‘thug’ line because I have a very good relationship with Adam at Global, who supports all of my films in New York, and I wouldn’t want to infringe on his part of the market,” Ragan added.
“We were very pleased with the type of content Charlot was doing so we as a group here All Boys made the ultimate decision to enter into a long term multi film deal that I sincerely believe will really do well for us.”
Street Royale Media, President Charlot Aime adds: “My staff’s 1ST priority is to deliver quality. Our 2ND priority is to show that Ethnic Performers can be depicted in a genre that is more in line to how they individually identify (non-thug). Which lead me to contact Mr. Ragan to make sure that our product was represented by an individual whom delivers other quality niche products by using a personal approach and touch. Our product is innovative and what is not to be expected from an Ethnic Product Line.
“We appreciate Mr. Ragan positive position to allow my team to continue to deliver quality. Mr. Ragan like I have characteristics of a true professional and I look forward to our working relationship. Remember be Inspired and Check Out Carlito Gets His Way!”
Jayson Hanson, Post Production manager for All Boys told us that “one of the strongest things about this line is the models are very, very well hung and the shooting style that Charlot has gone against 90% of what you’d normally get with an ethnic film:. “We felt that this would be a fantastic edition to our stable of high quality niche studio lines because it has everything that we try to focus on for exclusive rights which of course begins with the quality of both film and models.”
All Boys will start releasing 1 title every month throughout the rest of this year starting with “Carlito Gets His Way” to be released sometime the beginning of April.
