The agency is being run by AMA Content / AMA Video owner Joe Laughlin, along with a crew of individuals Laughlin has faith will prove to be an excellent service to both producers and talent alike. Jenny Schecter has been around the industry for a while and is very familiar with talent and producers and can also be a comforting presence to the femaletalent. Rob Longshot who formally worked at Extreme as production manager as well as being a performer forthe last 2 years has joined with Laughlin as well.

For local models AMA will NOT be taking a percentage, making them one of two agencies in adult to not takethe girls money from them, out of state models will still pay a 10% fee however. For producers AMA provides a staff that will work to ensure that the girls will show up on set on time and try to provide a suitable replacement should it be necessary. Girls will also be provided with more constant work as AMA has an in house production company and are constantly shooting web content and videos.
