Porn Valley- I spoke to Anita Cannibal Sunday afternoon. Cannibal is in the middle of some legal battles, she says, with Bud Lee. Apparently they stem from a production deal they had together.

"We did this deal and it was supposed to go down a certain way," says Cannibal. "It didn't." Cannibal is claiming that Lee did the deal except he didn't include her in it and she has the copyrights to the movies. According to Cannibal, Lee already has $100,000 in his pocket from doing the deal with Playboy. Cannibal said she had asked Lee what was going on with the deal because she's supposed to be half-owner.

"He goes, yeah, I've already got them sold." Cannibal says she's got a February court date lined up with Lee. And Cannibal claims she's not telling any tales out of school because there's public records backing up what she's saying. Cannibal claims she had conversations with Lee at Erotica LA asking when he was going to pay her. She's also alleging that Lee stole the copyrights from her. On top of this, Cannibal is claiming she's won past judgments from Lee and he still has yet to settle.

"This is all public record," she states. "I've sued him for $345,000 and won. He didn't show up but I let it slide because I didn't really want him to have to pay $345,000. I'm a fair guy- I wanted him to pay what was owed on the contract." Cannibal also claims that she put all the investment money behind this partnership.

Cannibal also claims that Lee has been doing similar things in the adult business not only to her but to others.

"I think it would be really self-centered of me to think that this was isolated on me," she states. "I think this is something that has happened more than once, to more than one person.

"And he's never been held accountable," she continues. "Remember when he and Hyapatia broke up and there were all these stories about him?" Cannibal continues. "Well I'm sick of that bullshit and it's getting ugly." Cannibal also had a relationship with Lee.

"I think he has problems ending relationships with women," Cannibal speculates. "So he gets into business deals where they have to be in constant contact with him for the rest of his fucking life. I think that's his m.o.""

But with all this said, Cannibal claims that she doesn't dislike Lee.

"Except he constantly runs around and tells everyone that I hate him," she says. "I don't- he tells everyone that I'm lying." At the same time Cannibal claims that Lee's guilty of tortuous interference of a contract.

"If I ever wanted to do something, he would fuck it up for me," she claims, re-emphasizing the fact that she has documents to back up all her claims.

"This was all an intentional act," Cannibal maintains of the business partnership that went sour. "Bud got money from me- he got every penny that I had saved for four years. We were supposed to do movie deals. It was supposed to be both of us owning it and I was supposed to be in charge of all the finances." Cannibal said she even worked as a caterer on these sets. Then she learns that the movies are being sold from underneath her.

"I never ever said I was selling my rights," she contends. Cannibal said there's something like 12 features that are at the core of the argument.

What Cannibal also finds puzzling is that the deal was done with Playboy behind her back and then Playboy turns around and hires Lee as an employee.

"What's that all about?" she asks. "I don't understand that because Bud is the catalyst that provoked all of these infringements on the employer that he's now working at." Cannibal seems to think that Playboy can't be unaware of the copyright issues. Cannibal says the movies were originally shot for companies like Adam & Eve, Sin City and VCA.

"Bud knowingly sold rights that he didn't own," Cannibal asserts. "He flat out lied. He got money, and he never paid his partner- me."
