Boston- The ex-Boston stripper who had a brief fling with the very-married A-Rod back in 2004 may get dragged into the Yankees slugger’s high-stakes divorce.

An attorney for Rodriguez’ scorned wife said Cynthia Rodriguez’ legal team may be interested in talking to Candice Houlihan. The Reading hairdresser and ex-exotic dancer says she had a two-night fling with Alex Rodriguez when his wife was pregnant with their first child.

“Anybody with eyes or ears knows that that’s an issue in this case,” Houston attorney John Van Ness told the Track yesterday.

The New York Daily News reported that a second reputed A-Rod paramour, Joslyn Morse, a one-time pole-hugger at Scores in NYC, could also be hauled into court to detail her dalliance with the third baseman.

Cynthia, 35, filed for divorce from her philandering 32-year-old hubby on Monday citing A-Rod’s “extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct.”

In yesterday’s Track, Houlihan said she had a two-night stand with the Bronx Bombers’ hot cornerman after meeting him at Fenway Park [map]. The former Centerfolds dancer said she and A-Rod had sex at his Ritz-Carlton hotel room the July 2004 night he got into an on-the-field brawl with Jason Varitek [stats] and was ejected from the game.

They hooked up again during that season’s American League Championship Series during which the Red Sox [team stats] came back from a three-game deficit to snatch the pennant from their hated rivals. The Sox, of course, went on to win their first World Series in 86 years.

Houlihan, who was dodging a pack of press seeking interviews yesterday, said she’s not at all thrilled about the prospect of becoming an issue in the Rodriguez’ high-stakes divorce.

“I certainly want no part of that,” Houlihan said. “In fact, I could have lived the rest of my life without anyone knowing about this.”

Although she balked at the thought of being dragged into the divorce, Houlihan said she doesn’t blame C-Rod for ditching her swinging spouse. As for rumors that A-Rod was having a regular World Series of Love with Madonna, Candice said it wouldn’t surprise her at all.

“She’s always had a thing for darker men and athletes,” she said. “And what were they doing up in her room at midnight? Recording an album? Singing a duet? I don’t think so.”
