LOS ANGELES from www.abclocal.go.com -- The Los Angeles County Coroner's office reports that the autopsy has been completed on the adult-film actor suspected of killing a colleague then taking his own life. Authorities say those results will not be announced until additional toxicology tests are completed.

Stephen Hill, 34, died Saturday after plunging off a 40-foot cliff on the 8000 block of Azul Drive in West Hills. His death brought an eight-hour standoff with police to an end.

Officers apparently used a Taser to try to subdue him, saying Hill repeatedly threatened suicide and kept pressing a sword to his chest. His death which came a day after murder and attempted murder charges had been filed against the actor.

Police say Hill, whose professional name was "Steve Driver," was responsible for the June 1 stabbing attacks in Chatsworth that left co-worker Herbert Hin dead and wounded Christopher Rachal and Yuri Drell.
