Porn Valley- In a story that has yet to be verified, Sports Swami introduced Avy Lee Roth as "the daughter of David Lee Roth."
"I guess he can call her his pride and joy," said Swami. Avy Lee assumed Swami wanted to hear dirt. "Everyone wants to know- are you the real daughter?" he asked her. You couldn't quite make out what Roth was saying- sounded like London Gardens, 1979. "It getting annoying that everybody's asking me are you really David Lee Roth's daughter?" she said. "It's getting annoying." [Why, considering she was the one to put the information out there in the first place.]
"I get it all the time," said Roth. "I'm the real daughter of David Lee Roth. I'm not claiming anything." ALR said she's got her own money and doesn't need Roth's. "I make more money than David Lee Roth right now. I'm a porn star, man."
Swami heard that ALR was also starting a rock band. "I had a rock band five years ago," ALR stated. "I'm shooting every day. I'm doing movies. I don't have enough time to do rehearsals to have a band. But I would love to."
Swami continued to press the David Lee Roth issue noting Roth's interview on adultfyi.com. "You also said it on Susan Block's show. Next thing everyone's saying no she's not. Noting that Spain is a traditional country, Roth was asked how her career is regarded. "She's possessed!" said Swami, assuming that was the general reaction. Roth said she was a journalist in Europe on tour with some friends who are rappers. In a baffling transition of logic, Roth talked about how she came to L.A. and instead of remaining a journalist became a porn star. "I used to see porno videos when I was a teenager. I want to suck cock." Roth says she loved Tracey Lords. "I saw all her movies and said I want to be like her."
Roth said with the adult business you make a lot of money and fuck a lot of guys. Roth said in the beginning she had "a piece of shit agent" that took a large percentage and only got her two shoots a month. With that happening a friend of hers suggested going to an agency like L.A. Direct Models. Roth said she first went with World Modeling. "But Jim South didn't book me as much as I wanted to." Swami wanted to know the piece of shit agent but Roth wasn't handing over names. "I cannot do that to him. He was bad. That's it. You could see that something was wrong. He was a bad booker. That's it." Roth said the guy's m.o. was hanging out in coffee shops looking for girls.
Roth predicted that her website, www.avyleerothxxx.com was going to be a rock n' roll website. "You can download all my music and see me fucking- like singing Van Halen songs naked. It's going to be awesome." Roth said she'd also like to shoot porn scenes with rock stars. "I want everybody to be on my website. I want crazy shit going on on my website." Swami said he heard rumors that Roth lives life in a very fast lane and parties quite frequently. "I hear that you're becoming like Tara Reid. You're way over the top."
Roth admits that she parties a lot. "But only when I have a day off," she pointed out. "I'm really responsible with my work. If I have a shoot early I don't party at all. I'm kind of mellow. But if I don't have a shoot, I go to private parties. I go to private clubs. But I don't drink too much alcohol because I don't want to fuck up my skin." Roth said neither does she do drugs. "Time to be clean. I'm energy by myself. I don't need to take drugs." Besides, says Roth, drugs are so Eighties. They're not cool, now. "That's fucked up."
Asked about her present project, Roth said she honestly couldn't give details because, being Spanish, she didn't have a grasp of names, much less companies to attach to them. But with the help of some prompting off-phone, Roth said the project was called Full House and that she was working with Rick Masters.
Swami then threw out a rumor that Roth and Kurt Lockwood had a thing going. Roth, who's accent tends to thicken as she speaks faster, sounded like she was telling a story about being in a club and hitting her girlfriend over the head with a bottle of Heineken. It also sounded like Lockwood was part of the story. "They gave me an 86 in that club," said Roth. It sounded like a very colorful story involving a tripper's dressing room, but, at this point we got a headache trying to figure out what was going on.
