SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. -- With a growing roster of adult performers, Black
Widow Talent Agency, owned by industry veterans Ric Williams, Lisa
Radamaker, Ethan Cage and Lexi Lamour, finalized its incorporation process
and is now a limited liability company.
Black Widow Talent Agency LLC is one of only five legal, licensed and bonded agencies in the adult industry.
Williams said Black Widow Talent takes a different approach than most other
agencies and added, "We're not looking to gather a list of 100-plus girls
just to hit a number. We want to only represent top quality girls that
really enjoy sex and are not just in it for the money. My experience as a
director has shown me that you get a better movie if the talent is into it
and not just there for the check."
The agency has been successful in taking new girls -- such as newcomers
Paige Taylor and Kiara Marie -- and building successful careers for them,
Lamour added.
"As working performers, Ethan and I have real life experience to make sure
our girls don't get thrown into bad situations like we see happening from a
lot of unlicensed agencies," she said.
