That comes from no less a source than Roy Garcia who found himself in the middle of the controversy when Rio, one of his finds, did a blowjob scene behind his back for Slain Wayne which involved Blacc who was on the quarantine list the time he performed with her.
Garcia, www.povporn.com states that Rio simply doesn't have the resources or the follow-through to pursue something like a lawsuit and that she's of the "You mean I can't get a lawyer for free because I'm cute?" school.
Regardless, Garcia who suggested that Rio can barely tie her shoes much less file suit, is grateful that a lot of negativity publicity came down on the head of Wayne because of the stunt.
"I'm glad that we made a big stink out of it," says Garcia. "Because what happened is that other people who did the same thing started getting exposed. And people started to be careful. Goddamn! Be careful. This is a first and second generation list we were dealing with. But don't tell people you're not on the list. That's fucked up and irresponsible."
Another thing that would hinder a progress of a suit, Garcia argues, is the fact that Rio can't get her stories straight, much less a story she might have told to Luke Ford, www.lukeisback.com which ran with the lawsuit item.
"She's not going to sue anybody," Garcia says. "Nobody knows what really did happen but we do know this. It's a different story every time." Garcia suspects that Wayne was embarrassed enough over doing something stupid and has offered to make amends for the incident. "I think I'm going to let him," Garcia says. "It was just too ripe of a wound at the time that he offered."
Garcia said he couldn't comment on certain particulars of the Slain Wayne story except to say that Wayne was a really good friend of his who edits his videos and trailers.
"He and Naudia were hanging out a couple of times over here. They were doing a meatholes.com party and I took Wayne aside and said that they were too harsh for Naudia. "She's not doing that right now. If you're taking her to a dinner with all those clients, you must understand that she cannot shoot without them calling me to set up a shoot. I'll say what she's going to do and what she's not." Garcia said he warned Wayne not to shoot Naudia behind his back.
"Just watch out for my girl. I trust you but I've got to remind you. Watch out. This is my client. I'm taking care of her and I'm housing her for free and feeding her during this moratorium." According to Garcia, Wayne with little regard for honor, shot Rio. "What an asshole. This was my friend that I trusted."
Garcia said the story he got from Rio is that she shot solo girl stills but that she never mentioned anything about a blowjob. "That made me curious. I called Wayne and he said he shot a blowjob. I confronted Naudia and she said, no, we just shot solo girl pictures." Because of the incident, Garcia said he lost his trust in Rio. "Once the trust is gone for me, it's over."
