Criminal attorney Brian Tannenbaum was the exception that proved the rule, however. Tannebaum recently went on www.abovethelaw.com and made like Marc Antony praising First Amendment advocate Marc Randazza to the stars as though he were Julius Caesar residing on a funeral pyre.
“There are certain lawyers that bring to mind a one- or two-word description. David Boies — Bush / Gore, Morris Dees — Civil Rights, Clarence Darrow — Criminal Defense, and when I hear “First Amendment, I think Marc Randazza,” wrote Tannenbaum.
