COLUMBIA, Tenn. – www.newschannel5.com- The homicide victim’s sister in the bondage trial is siding with the defense and may testify on their behalf in the coming days.

The sister, Patricia Wells, insisted that Rebecca Bargy [pictured] was innocent of the crime against her brother, James Bargy.

“I don’t believe that Becky purposely hurt my brother,” said Wells.

Wells said her brother and Bargy were into bondage and that Bargy did not murder him.

“I don’t see how it’s possible. I’ve know Becky for 15 years almost. My husband and I we spent many many times with them,” said Wells.

Wells is expected to testify as a surprise final witness for the defense. Rebecca Bargy is also expected to take the stand on her own behalf Wednesday.
