Back story from March 8, 2011: Hoosier State - One of Charlie Sheen’s ‘Goddesses’ Bree Olson appeared in court in Fort Wayne, Indiana Tuesday in connection with her DUI arrest.
Olson -- a porn star whose real name is Rachel Marie Oberlin -- appeared with her lawyer Randy Fisher before Judge Marcia Linsky at Allen County Superior Court.
No plea was entered by Olson’s lawyer and the judge set a date of April 26th to select a jury, while setting aside two days for a potential trial on June 8th & June 9th, assuming the case isn't resolved before then.
A court official told RadarOnline.com: “The case will not go to trial if she pleads guilty before these dates, but that did not happen today.”
The 23-year-old was pulled over by Fort Wayne Police Department at 11:20 pm on Thursday, February 3rd, on suspicion of DUI while driving a black Lexus.
She was then held at the Allen County Sheriff office until 3 pm the following day.
