Asked what she was being offered, James said it wasn’t even her rate and explained that she was going to shoot two scenes, and so, cut a deal. But on the day of the shoot, James said she got a call from Cortez saying one of the scenes was cancelled which was to be a girl-girl. She then asked if she’d get her regular rate since there was only going to be one scene. “They told me they only pay this-this-and this. I said, whatever. I’m here anyway. I might as well.”

Apparently during a commercial break, Wankus left a message for Cortez to call him back.
