Teen sensation Miley Cyrus is in hot water thanks to a scandalous photo - again.

The Asian American community has publicly chided the Disney darling after a photo leaked online of the 16-year-old and her pals slanting their eyes.

The gesture, they say, is offensive and stereotypical.

"Not only has Miley Cyrus and the other individuals in the photograph encouraged and legitimized the taunting and mocking of people of Asian descent, she has also insulted her many Asian Pacific American fans," said George Wu, executive director of OCA, an organization that advances the rights of Asian Americans.

"OCA hopes that Miley Cyrus will apologize to her fans and the APA community for this lapse in judgment and takes the opportunity to better understand why the gesture is offensive."

Cyrus' 20-year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston also appears in the shot.

This isn't the first time Cyrus has come under fire for a photo. The "Hannah Montana" star publicly apologized to fans in April after posing semi-topless for a Vanity Fair shoot.

"I feel so embarrassed," she said in a statement at the time.

PG-13 photos of Cyrus posing in a wet T-shirt and baring her stomach were leaked online the month before.

Cyrus' publicist had no comment.
