from www.contactmusic.com – The adult actress who witnessed Charlie Sheen’s meltdown in New York last year (10) insists she can’t understand why the actor’s legal team has been unable to track her down to serve her with legal papers.

Capri Anderson, also known as Christina Walsh, was at the center of a Sheen scandal back in October (10) when cops were called to the star’s suite at The Plaza hotel amid reports of a disturbance.

She alleged the former Two and a Half Men star became violent towards her and trashed the room before he was hospitalized suffering “an adverse allergic reaction to medication”. Anderson filed a complaint with police and Sheen later accused her of stealing his watch and filed a lawsuit alleging she attempted to extort him with her sensational claims.

Sheen’s attorneys filed papers in Los Angeles last month (Feb11), claiming they had been “unable to locate” Anderson to serve her with papers relating to the ongoing lawsuit and asking a judge for permission to use a published announcement instead.

The request was reportedly turned down, and now Anderson has spoken out to insist she’s baffled by the news.

She tells the New York Daily News, “I have no idea why Charlie hasn’t been able to locate me. No one else has had any problem…”

Anderson also pointed out she will be making an appearance at a strip club in Long Island, New York, where Sheen’s attorneys [Mark Gross pictured] will have no problem contacting her.

She adds, “He can come to The Scene on Long Island (on) April 15 and 16. I’ll be a featured dancer.”
