Porn Valley- Captain Lust and the Amorous Contessa was a porn film that once sailed the mighty seas. And because of the current popularity of Pirates, Arrow's Ray Pistol has decided to take the 1977 film out of dry dock and re-release it on DVD.
Directed by Beau Buchannan, it comes packaged with a commentary by Sharon Mitchell, and Pistol notes it's only the second movie that Mitchell ever made. Pistol had originally sought the whereabouts of Buchannan but was apparently unsuccessful with that. However Mitchell was able to provide a lot of anecdotes in connection with the making of the film. For instance, Mitchell states that the leading man was gay and had to practice a couple of weeks being hetero. In another story, Mitchell mentions that she had to go to the bank to get her check cashed and forgot her ID. She showed her tits to the clerk to prove that it was her.

"It's a good, high budget 35 mm movie," Pistol adds. The film which Pistol plans to release as Captain Lust apparently used replicas of the Nina, The Pinta and the Santa Maria. And Pistol expects the film to be out early this year. Besides Mitchell, the cast includes Wade Nichols, Herschel Savage, Bobby Astyr, Jack Teague, Jamie Gillis, Clea carson, Ming Toy, Nancy Ware and Veri Knotty.
Pistol also mentions that he pulled his website, www.xxxdeepthroat.com down after 2257, explaining that there will be a new design and re-launch.
