What little I knew of Sam Benjamin before our conversation this week was that he’s a graduate of Brown University, a stoner [one would assume since he gravitated to hippies and a marijuana conclave in Santa Cruz, California] and that he shot his own porn movies featuring said hippies which he sold on eBay.
And then Benjamin achieved what all of us aspire to but never admit- he wrote a book about his three years in the adult business [2000 to 2003] and actually got it published. It’s titled American Gangbang: A Love Story.
